Church Leadership Intensives
Your church may be the first place that someone tells their story. Will your leaders know how to respond?
Glo Life Coaching provides faith based, trauma informed training to help churches recognize abuse, respond wisely, and create a culture of safety and healing. Equip your church to care well.
Our Vision:
Helping every church become a place where survivors are believed, protected, and guided toward healing through Christ-centered, trauma-informed care.
My Story
Christine Ryan-West is a trauma-informed registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in the emergency department, where she has cared for individuals in some of life's most vulnerable moments. Christine is also a trauma survivor as well as a mother of a trauma survivor. Through both her professional work and her own personal journey, Christine developed a deep understanding of trauma and a passion for helping women heal, rediscover their identity, and step into the life they were created for. Through faith, prayer, education, healthy boundaries, and Gods unfailing grace, Christine discovered that healing is not about returning to the person you once were. It is about becoming the woman God created you to be all along. That journey inspired the creation of Glo Life Coaching.
As the founder of Glo Life Coaching, and creator of the GLO Method™ and the BECOME Method™, she empowers women navigating trauma, life transitions, and personal transformation to reclaim their voice and rebuild their confidence.
Christine is the author of Becoming Her: A Faith-Based Journey to Healing, Identity, and Becoming Her — and her second book is releasing late 2026. She is also the host of Ignite Your Glo: After Narcissistic Abuse, a podcast created as another space for women to find healing and hope.
Christine combines clinical insight, lived experience, and faith-based guidance to walk women toward healing and wholeness. Her heart extends beyond individual coaching. Through the Glo Safe Church Initiative™, Christine partners with churches to provide trauma informed education that equips pastors, ministry leaders, and care teams to recognize signs of abuse, respond with wisdom and compassion, and create emotionally and physically safer environments for individuals and families seeking support.
Everything Christine creates is rooted in one belief: Every woman deserves to know she is deeply loved by God, worthy of respect, capable of healing, and never defined by the hardest chapter of her story. Whether through coaching, speaking, writing, podcasting, or education, Christine's mission remains the same– to help women move from surviving to thriving, one courageous step at a time. Because healing is possible, hope is real, and your light was never lost – it was simply waiting to shine again.
